Order Cancellations Prior to Delivery
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order easily by calling us during working hours. If your order has already left our warehouse, please refuse the delivery when it arrives and call us to inform us. Please note that you may be liable for a return transportation charge which varies on weight and size of the item ordered.
I changed my mind
We realise that you might change your mind and that’s OK. You can return goods to us in the first 7 working days after delivery for refund. In the first instance please call us and we will give you a returns material authorisation number (RMA) and email you a returns sheet with instructions on how to return the item. The RMA number must accompany any returns. You are responsible for returning the item to us, in certain instances we can arrange a collection from you for a small charge.
Returns are subject to our terms and conditions of sale and must be returned to us in ‘as new’ and unused condition complete with all accessories, parts and packaging and must be in a condition which will be suitable to be sold as new again.
A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item back providing it is in suitable condition but we normally process refunds within 1-2 days.
BBQ’s are quite simple devices and any type of failure is very rare. If you do have any problems please call us during opening hours as soon as possible and we can resolve most issues over the phone within a few minutes.
